CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE - INTERNATIONAL BANK

  • Location : Bukit Jalik - Nearby LRT Bukit Jalil
  • Basic : RM 3000 - RM 3300
  • Shift Allowance : RM 300 - RM 400 monthly
  • KPI : RM 0 - RM 5000 & above - quarterly (depends on the sale that you closed with customers
  • Fluent in Bahasa Melayu and English
  • Supporting MY market
  • 9 hrs per day - including 1 hr break
  • 5 days working, 2 days off
  • 24/7 rotational shift (monthly rotation)

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Handle inbound customer calls quickly and effectively, and take help from phone banking officers where necessary
  • Sign up customers for I-Banking
  • Route calls through IVR where applicable
  • Maintain contact records to reflect current information
  • Requests and complaints Turn around
  • Promote cross sell of all banking products
  • Maintain accuracy of information given to customers
  • Probe & identify financial needs on service calls and pitch relevant solutions in line with customer charter.
  • Ensure all sales pitches are made without any mis-selling

Knowledge/Skills/Experience

  • Graduate / SPM with minimum of 2 years experience.
  • Fresher or with 1-2 years of experience
  • Excellent communication skills in written and verbal English
  • Basic computer skills
  • Strong service orientation
  • Willingness to learn additional products

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: RM3,000.00 - RM3,300.00 per month
