Personal Assistant to CEO [Malaysia]


 

Responsibility:

  • Handling all incoming calls and visitors to CEO’s office.
  • Scheduling meetings and appointments for CEO and managing her diary.

  • Attending meetings with CEO when required and preparing minutes/reports of these meetings. To ensure follow-up arising from these meetings is carried out in consultation with the CEO.
  • To handle all personal matters of the CEO including arranging travel, transport and accommodation for CEO either local or overseas.
  • Liaising and following-up with all Heads of Departments on CEO’s requirements and requests.
  • Pro-actively liaising and following-up with all Heads of Departments and external stakeholders on CEO’s requirements and requests
  • Typing or translating all correspondence from and to the CEO’s office and ensuring this is done in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Secretarial support on all work and personal administration tasks for the CEO as deemed necessary from time to time.
  • Notwithstanding the above functions, other duties and responsibilities may be assigned to you from time to time by the Management.
  • During the course of your duties, there will be occasions when the nature of the work will be confidential and under no circumstances may this be discussed within or outside the office with persons who are not entitled to such information. Breach of this requirement will constitute grounds for immediate cessation of employment.

Requirement:

  • Must poses at least Bachelor Degree. Bachelor in Private Secretarial or Business Management (Preferred)
  • Minimum 15 years’ full time work experience with at least 10 recent years as Personal Assistant/Executive Assistant to CEO or a Board Director
  • Able to manage within tight deadline.
  • Able to advise and communicate effectively.
  • Proactive and having a good follow-up skill.

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Salary: RM6,000.00 - RM7,500.00 per month
