About Our Client
Our client is one of the market leader of steel MNC traders from China and at present, they are in search of a Customer Service Order Management (Mandarin Speaker) to join the pioneer team in MY office.
At present, they are in search of a Head of Supply Chain, to be based in Klang.
This role will be working from home and the new office will be ready by Nov 2023
Job Description
- Handle customers enquires.
- Generate and process invoices.
- Implement and administer procedures to enhance operations.
- Optimised inventory readiness and order fulfilment to ensure smooth operation.
- Process and identify incoming orders according to the sales policy and customer requirements.
- Perform any ad-hoc duties.
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in any related studies
- 2-3 years of working experience as a customer service/order management
- Excellent verbal and written English & Mandarin communication skills (support China counterpart)
- Able to work independently.
- Proficient in using MS Office
- Knowledge in using operating system, principles and processes.
- Experience in working with suppliers and customers to resolve order issues.
