Overall Role
Support the employee experience by providing hospitable and warm customer service at the reception & meeting area
Assist Facilities Management in the delivery of soft & hard services
To assist in the maintenance of the premises including any designated financial, maintenance, procurement, asset, and vendor management
Be the voice of the customer by listening and providing for their requests
Duties & responsibilities
Need to be culturally sensitive and perform work ethically and with integrity
Good knowledge of the surrounding places ie: location of the ATM, restaurant, direction to the train station
Responds to requests for information, service, and assistance in a timely manner
Responsible for incoming phone calls pick up. Make records for some important calls and prompt deliver the important information to the related department
In charge of stationary application, as well as office daily consumption ordering
Manage the document collection point in reception area, including internal document, domestic / international express, staff reimbursement and insurance claim
To handle enquiries on all matters related to soft services requests for the Users
Assist Helpdesk by answering call and ensure all calls are log into Helpdesk system and ensure tickets are being followed up by the relevant team
Assist with any other duties as assigned by the reporting Manager for any operational or business needs
Handle Vendor invoices that include coding, tracking the payment
Assist all soft services related matter (reception, mailroom, etc.)

Able to multitask and resolve multiple requests simultaneously
Adequate interpersonal skills to manage diverse range of service providers and Client representatives
Good people skills and ability to interact with a wide range of client users and demands
PC literacy and proven ability to manage daily activities using various systems, including the internet and e-mail functions
Good communicator, confident, friendly, engaging

To provide professional and friendly front desk service to client and administrative support to operation
Compliance with the Service Level Agreement established between Jones Lang LaSalle and SAP

General Requirements
Relevant experience in multi-national company preferred
Good appearance
Good Sense of service manner and good teamwork spirit
Office Skills (good at PPT, Excel etc.)
Basic English communicable (spoken and written)
