Responsibilities
- Carry out site supervision of the contractors' works to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within budget and in compliance with the specification requirements
- Liaise with relevant parties on site works, carry out safety inspection, monitor testing and commissioning, compile and maintain site records
- Assist in reviewing design submissions to ensure accuracy and completeness of as-built records
Requirement
- Higher Diploma / Higher Certificate in Civil / Building / Building Services / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline
- A minimum of 9 years' relevant experience in construction works, preferably gained in an operating railway environment
Remarks
- Appointment will be made on two-year renewable contract terms
