Role
- Ensure that, at all time and across all devices, the store is fully operational end-to-end
- Act as the main point of contact and focus on online store(s) updates following the Shopping guidelines
- Work closely with the online team (graphic designers, content teams and developers) to create and update webpages and content on online stores.
- Recommend and/or implement architecture and design code that can be easily enhanced and reused
- Maintains style guidelines internally and externally to ensure all creative meets established quality standards.
- Help maintain a creative and fun work environment for everyone, which promotes fresh ideas and enthusiasm around our work.
Responsibilities
Web store(s) Management and Maintenance
Content management to ensure up-to-date content:
- Add / remove products (SKUs) content.
- Add / remove campaign / onsite banners and landing pages (to be delivered by Client)
- Add / remove category, campaign and other pages
- Content upload
- Product and bundle offers set up
- Private Store Creation (EPP and CEPP)
- E-coupon creation and management
- Campaign spot management
- Marcom URL generation and management
- Source and update images
- Setup banner (icon), assign icons, freebie/e-coupon messaging
- Setup and update product listing pages (PLP), campaign pages and banners
- Extract bundle ID and BTOs and associate to different stores, different categories
- Enable product, custom bundle name, custom specifications
- Tagging of product to correct classification
- Retargeting products feed creation and update
Regularly monitor stores:
- Validate against and update for web standards
- Test browser compatibility (e.g. after new browser releases / updates)
- Report content issue if any and work with content team
- Issue management, escalation and logging
- Link management
- Pricing maintenance
- Inventory/product status maintenance
- Bugs resolution
- Regular reports and performance review
- Work with content team, catalogue team and Tier 1 partner(s) to ensure the product availability and delivery message is optimized
- Pricing management issue monitoring
Assist with traffic-to-transaction (conversion) rate of the Web stores:
- Conduct A/B and MVT (Multi Variant Testing) tests, e.g., layout, color, merchandising, etc
- Incorporate user feedback based on Mouseflow and analytics data
- Optimize for load speed, incl. scripts (JavaScript, jQuery, CSS, etc.)
- Conduct funnel analysis: home, catalogue, product, shopping cart, and checkout

Salary: RM3,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
