We are looking for an excellent QA Automation Engineer. As a QA Automation professional, you will develop and maintain testing frameworks and tools, enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of our testing processes. This includes creating automation tests for both the backend and front end and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality software releases.

**Working in a hybrid model! ( two days from the office, three days from home. )**
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain testing frameworks and tools to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of testing processes.
- Developing automation test for both backend and frontend
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, and product managers to ensure quality software releases.
- Improving test coverage and test automation, continuously monitoring and improving test coverage, test execution time, and test automation metrics.
- Participate in code reviews, bug triage, and other team activities to ensure high-quality software delivery.
- Continuously monitor and improve test coverage, test execution time, and test automation metrics.
- Identify and document defects and work with the team to prioritize and resolve issues.
- Communicate test results, project status, and quality-related issues to stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in software automation using Python.
- Experience with testing frameworks such as Selenium, TestNG, Pytest, etc.
- Proficiency in frontend technologies like React, JavaScript, TypeScript and HTML.
- Familiarity with backend technologies such as REST APIs, databases, and server-side scripting.
- Familiarity with continuous integration, delivery and deployment, (CI/CD) tools like Jenkins, Travis CI, etc.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
